I had several phone interviews, and then two on-site interviews. After the first on-site interview it was determined that I was not suited for the position I applied for, however I would be great fit for an alternate position I was also excited for. The second interview also went well with the new team, and after I left the interview, I was under the impression I would be receiving an offer within a few days. A few days went by, then a week. Then two. I emailed/called the recruiter with complete radio silence. I emailed several of my interviewers and asked for a confirmation of interest or lack thereof, and still had no response. After having such promising interviews, I felt it was incredibly unprofessional to not even hear that they were no longer interested.
