Entrevista
The first interview was about a 10 minute phone call as an introduction and to set up a time for a group interview. Upon arrival to the office we took a computer literacy test and were split into two groups. During the group interview you are there with several others and you are asked scenario based questions and also questions regarding how you've handled situations in the past. My interview was before Covid so I'm sure things are handled differently now. It was in a nice office environment and HR conducted the interview. It was not an intimidating process but the hiring managers are thorough in looking for qualities that will benefit you and the companies growth.

Give me an example of a time when you made a mistake and what measures you took to correct it.
Fast and easy. A recruiter calls with basic detains then they set up a fast 2nd interview conducted by one of the team members. You will be verifying a LOT more than the interview process and they are very strict about their intake rules. They have weekly QA reviews.

Entrevista
It took about a month after submitting my application to getting a cal back. I have call center experience, so I found this challenging to wait for. The interviewer clearly did not know any functions of a call center h sure if she was contracted.
