I had a negative experience during the interview. The interviewer seemed uninterested in my background, only focusing on my previous tech stacks. His unclear coding questions and abrupt dismissal made it a disappointing experience. Furthermore, his refusal to turn on the camera added to the negative impression.

1 week - from online application to 1st email asking for expected pay and notice period 2 weeks - from 1st email to invite for interview Interview - Asked the typical tell me about yourself, followed by some on-the-spot quizzes about css and js Interview test - Coding with vanilla javascript, and expect testing, with timeline of 1 week The hiring manager first postphoned my interview (with 1.5 hour notice) to the next day, and when i arrived for the interview the next day I waited for him to end his meeting for half an hour. After I spent a day doing the interview test and sent it in, I never heard back from then again, even though HR said 'Thank you for completing the assignment. Please give us a few days to discuss and update you on this.'... which was 3 weeks ago now

I waited for the interviewer for 2.25 hrs and the person stuck at the meeting doesn't bother to schedule or cancel. And yet the HR manager told the recruiter this is an urgent position.
