It just didn’t feel like a company that knows what it’s hiring for. I was told I would hear back by the end of the following week. I didn’t. I followed up TWICE and no response. Two weeks later, I finally received a vague message from HR saying the team was “at a retreat” and insinuating that I was still being considered. I was promised an update later that week, which never came. I had to follow up again only to finally receive the rejection email a week later. I asked for feedback, and surprise surprise, ghosted again!
