Entrevista
Made it through initial screening and HM interview. Invited for a follow-up panel interview. First person needed to reschedule due to a late running meeting and the recruiter emailed me at our scheduled time to let me know right away and we rescheduled. 2nd person was 10 minutes late to a 30-minute interview with no warning. I dropped off the call just as they were dialing in. I understand meetings can run long and things happen, but this was a red flag for me because it was an indication of their work culture.
I canceled the panel interview because the position would’ve required relocation (out-of-pocket) and I didn’t think it’d be a good fit because of this experience, considering the HM worked remotely despite requiring this role to be on-site.
