Initial phone screen with typical background questions. Invited for onsite interview which consisted of meeting six individuals and giving a technical presentation to small group of relevant people. All pretty standard for industry and this position.

Very straight forward process. People were very professional and had very scientific questions. The HR has a phone screening first and then got the interview with the R&D manager. I had a positive feeling after i am done.

I had an initial interview with a recruiter, followed by 4 panel interviews with the R&D directors of the different departments and 2 interviews with the hiring manager (before and after the panel interviews). The interviews lasted between 45-60min each.
