Started with a general fit/interest interview. General interview with usual, walk me through you resume, can you relocate kind of questions/
Second round was about, how can I add value in the position. I surmise I did not have enough experience in union setting and hence did not get through.

Resume screening and then invitation to do a video submission to answer given questions. Followed up a month later with a form e-mail saying "we have reviewed and we regret...". Very frustrating. No feedback or transparency.

The interview was very professional and well-done. Asked very meaningful questions and appeared to genuinely care about me as a potential employee. They were very prompt in calling me after my application was submitted.

Everyone was very friendly. Phone screening followed by an onsite interview. Great atmosphere. Easy to find. Had a very positive experience. Questions were typical of most interviews I have gone on.
