El proceso duró 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Alcatel-Lucent
Entrevista
Typically, 4 rounds of technical interviews and 1 round with director. There were some very good interviewers and some seemed inexperienced in interviewing - they didn't ask the right questions for the job. Interviews are very intensive. Each round goes for 1 to 1.5 hours. You would be asked questions on data structures, design APIs, write code on white board, explain why you took certain approaches. Two rounds of interview were aggressive - appeared as if intent was to see my output when stressed.
Initially HR told me that they would be sending an offer letter. Few days later, they changed their mind.

Some of the questions were on CS and networking fundamentals. Only some questions on the work that I had done. Some puzzles. There were many vague questions on field reported issues. There was one full round on a totally unrelated topic - implement software for an automobile feature. In some rounds, it appeared as if intent was to stress the candidate.

I was asked to wait for some time before I was actually sent for the interview.
They gave a laptop and asked me to code on some fixed problems.
They went out and left me to complete the problems.
The Entire process was smooth and I had to prepare more

2 rounds of techinal. But process is bad. they made us wait for a long time and after couple of follow ups then came a guy. The interview was more like a pin pointing something rather than discussion. At the end when we ask our questions they simply say search in google, we are not supposed to tell answers. This showed me clear work culture of what they follow to their peers
