Call for interview followed a view of my profile on Linkedin. Interview was via conference call with the competence centre in S. Africa. Review of interview followed immediately and result was communicated in two days. Most questions asked were a bit routine, even for the technical questions testing everyday knowldge on the platform.

1 technical interview , 1 hr interview , the overall process was easy and smooth , i started working afer my interview with 3 days , and started training immediately, the company interview process is freindly and not stressing at all. i recommend every one to apply to alcatel if you posses the write telecom skills u definelyt y have a chance of being part of the team
