Met with the entire team (senior project managers and vice president of the department) in one shot. I wouldn't say it was a panel interview exactly, more that each person asked me a question where necessary. Went over my background but pretty relaxed and casual considering other interviews I've been on. More of an interview for fit. I was pre screened through a staffing agency for the usual HR / personality questions as well.
