-> Phone screening with Recruiter -> 1 React question and 1 Node.js lambda question test on codility (1 hr 30 mins or 2 hrs maybe) -> 1 hr technical interview with + behavioural questions Even though I nailed all 3 of these rounds, I was ghosted by the employeer all together. I followed up after 2 weeks, they said will be making a decision by the end of the week but it has been 7 months got no response still lol. Not even a rejection. They will ghost you and it is not only me other reviews on glassdoor say the same.

First round they schedule a video call asking basic questions about you now after first round I got updated that they want me to complete a cooling challenge In second round basically They send a codility test with two questions one algo and one frontend. After completing second coding round I was completely ghosted out after sending a follow up email they replied after a week that we are still reviewing and later after a whopping wait of 2 months I received an email stating that they would not want to move further! This company is a joke don’t waste your time with them!
