I had a Skype interview and the HR representative was very unprofessional. She was 20 minutes late and unorganized. She even asked me if I had sent her my resume (that's usually how the application process starts). She also said that I might be more qualified for a different position and she would email me the details but never did. There were a few basic questions but it was a weird experience. The representative was unprofessional, unorganized and couldn't even tell me what the company culture was like. I was invited to another interview but declined due to the negative feeling of the first one.
