Relatively straightforward and well-managed process - 2 phases - 1st was a phone interview with Recruiter (quick review of resume and experience); received a follow-up call within a week for an in-person interview; 2nd was an in-person interview that took all afternoon - met with senior recruiter, HR team that I would be working with (including hiring manager) and then department director; mostly behavioral questions. Offer was provided within 3 weeks.
