The interview process consisted of four total interviews. The first was an introductory conversation to get to know each other and discuss the role. The second was a technical interview. The third was an onsite interview where we covered higher-level topics. The final round involved behavioral-style questions with some of the company’s directors, aimed at evaluating cultural fit and leadership potential.

I had friendly conversation with a recruiter. Where I was asked about my resume and my history as a developer. I was also briefly asked about domain specific areas of focus.
