First a test was given and then a one on one interview. The interview was relaxed but you must show your passion for wanting this job. Test would be hard if you have no Psychology (or related field) knowledge. The staff was very welcoming.

Not given all the necessary information on the requirements of the job. They didn’t tell me about the mandatory stay over policy that occurs each month. I think this is something major that needs to be discussed along with the rotating weekends of 12 hour shifts.
