Very laid back and informative. There was an initial phone screening and then an in person interview. Interviewer described what a typical day is like, discussed how to interact with patients, and asked questions about how I would handle situations where a patient is angry.

I had a beautiful preliminary interview and a second interview, where I was told I seemed like a promising candidate, only to be ghosted after a week. I reached out to them a few times after that second interview and heard nothing, and then checked my portal to see that I was rejected. They were very nice during the interviews, but it would have been nice to at least get an email telling me I was rejected.
