Entrevista
Starts off with a screening interview with a recruiter. Then you either do an in-person or Teams interview with 1 or 2 managers depending on the department. Then you schedule a shadowing experience, and might speak to the managers when on the unit as well.

lengthy but overall not bad. I felt like it was applicable to the job and relevant. I interviewed with about 4 people total over the course of 4 interviews. About 6 weeks from start to finish
