I went through an initiall set of interviews where every tech interview went well, the people where nice, and during these interviews everyone assured that the company has minimized their intervieiwing process and wanted to complete all steps in 2-3 weeks. However, after 2-3 weeks I have received additional interviews with Greek and US leadership and after passing that I was supposed to have fullfilled all steps. Almost 2 months into the process I was notified that I had another interview scheduled and after that nothing, just got ghotsed. Through my personal experience I found the process very disrespectful, misleading based on the initial 2-3 weeks overall process claim, minimal feedback and on top of that gosting! Based on my presonal opinion and the process that I went through, I would not engage in any interview in the future, ghosting after 2-3 months of interviews is highly unacceptable.

I gave 4 rounds, One Technical Managerial and three technical rounds. One with manager, one with a guy in Maharashtra, one with a guy in Bangalore, one with a guy in greece. And it's all a waste of time trust me. If you value your time don't give any interview here.
