The recruiter had tech issues on our original call; I stayed online and immediately offered to try again, but she insisted we reschedule for a full 30 minutes — then rescheduled a time without even asking my availability. When we finally connected, she opened the meeting by saying it would only take 15 minutes, despite previously insisting we needed the full 30. The role seemed interesting and I was genuinely excited about it, but the recruiting experience was extremely unprofessional, with poor communication and follow-through.
