Detailed and performance based. Included a site visit and multiple managers interviews. Was comfortable and no out of the normal questions. Process took a while (4-5 weeks) with multiple steps in the process (recruiter, profile/knowledge test, phone screens, on-site). They were not real interested in negotiating salary/vacation with kind of a take it or leave it attitude.
