CV and cover letter submitted, then completed psychometric tests. Invited to an assessment center; group task and, competency and technical interview.
Interviewees are divided into two groups, given 45 mins to complete the task (finding the optimal route for wing parts from Broughton to Toulouse) and draw up a presentation. 15 mins in we were told the time schedule had moved up by 15 mins meaning the total time for the task is only 30 mins.

Entrevista
The interview was technical, yet extremely enjoyable. It felt less like a formal interview and more like a discussion between two professionals who were genuinely passionate about the subject matter. The conversation flowed naturally, and I appreciated the depth and quality of the technical exchange.
I was selected shortly afterward. However, it has now been several weeks since then. After requesting some additional documents, HR has not provided any further updates, and I have not yet received a response to my follow-up communication.
