Talent acquisiion lead cold-messaged me on LinkedIn on May 14th, saying he was "really keen" to speak to me about the role. I replied within a minute, saying "yes". He asked for my CV, which I updated and sent within the hour. Identical experience to the LinkedIn profile he had allegedly looked at. Never heard from him again, except for some excuses the second time I prodded him... and some BS about having a call the next day, which of course never happened.
