I submitted my cv online and was contacted by a recruiter in the following days. I had a phonecall interview with an HR, a VC with the hiring manager and 3 back-to -back onsite interviews. The whole process was fair and communication was good.

I applied on their website and the recruiter emailed back to me after a few days. The recruiter scheduled a 30 minutes phone call (just phone, no skype) to interview me about my past experiences and my skills, asking why I was interested in that position.
