Straight forward interview with another person currently doing the same position I applied for. Quick questions that were behavior-focused, with opportunity to inquire about the company as well as the position.

I completed three interviews and a take-home assignment for Air Reading and was ultimately ghosted with no final communication. Throughout the process, I remained professional, engaged, and followed up politely after my final interview. By that stage, I had invested significant time and effort and felt well-aligned and qualified for the role, which made the lack of closure particularly disheartening. The final interview also left me feeling uneasy due to a noticeable lack of alignment and warmth, which made the absence of follow-up even more difficult to process. I hope the company reflects on how its interview practices impact candidates and prioritizes clearer, more respectful communication moving forward.
