Submitted an application online through the school's career website. Was initially rejected from the interview pre-selection. I attended a formal networking session and made my way onto the interview schedule. Interviews were all 1 on 1, in person, and were conducted all within 2 days. Interview was mostly informational personality driven and not behavioral or fit based. An offer came a few weeks later through the school's career services center.
