The resume process was painless, However, I have friends that had a rougher time with the process. Phone interview initially, then, an on-site in-person interview with the Area Manager and the Regional Manager. The interview was relaxed and informal. They inquired about former employment and reasons leaving, some 'what-if' /scenario questions regarding EMS flight operations and philosophies of work environment. A quick tour of the facility and an offer was made that day.
