Went to first interview and was given a test on basic knowledge of reading comprehension, math, and typing. That day I spoke with Jill briefly. About 15 minutes after leaving the interview I was called to come back for my second interview the next day to meet with Jill and Vince. This interview went into more depth of what all AIMloan does and how I could be a valuable asset to the team. We discussed my goals, and how they could help me reach them. I was offered the job and I happily took the position.

After applying online I received an email the next day to come in for a pre-employment test. The following week I received a call to come in for a second interview with Vince and Jill. The interview was really laid back and more conversational than interviews I've had in the past. Vince and Jill were great and they made me feel really comfortable. After the interview they went over what the position would consist of including: pay structure/benefits, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow within the company.
