Three step interview process
Interview process was good, the senior project manager interviewed me. The team was global and really friendly. I talked with the team in France too, before chatting with the project manager I was taking over. Team was friendly and responsive to follow ups too
Case study (Excel and presentation case) to be completed
1st Interview with manager
2nd Interview with another manager that you'll be working closely with, possibly CEO or team member involvement
3rd Interview with CEO

How would I be able to contribute to the team and what's my super power?
Interview (three rounds) and Case study on a client interaction and resolution case. Role may vary dependent on needs. You’ll meet the boss and team (possibly HQ too) during the interviews. Hope this helps.
