Two phone interviews then flew to Bangkok. Great group of architect / managers are smart and very hands on engineering savvy. I would rate the quality of people in the top 5 companies I have encountered in over 20 years. You need to be at the top of your game if you want to get an offer at Agoda. They did make me an offer and it was reasonably good but not quite a fit for my position in life. If you are technically talented and strongly motivated to live and explore Asia then Agoda would be a great way to make it happen while building some great experience.
