Three rounds
1 Written with basic Java and Aptitude questions and one programming question
Programming question is not the deciding factor
2. Technical interview: Involves basically around the concepts of the Programming language such as OOPS, multi threading etc for java.
3. Technical interview: Involving deeper concepts programming, puzzles and such
Basically they see the spirit of the candidate, if he is trying to move in rigt directions. taking hints and moving forward.
4. Managerial discussion: Generally is not but can be technical to some extent, basically more is to be seen about the candidates communication skills, and if he will be able to work in a pressurized work environment as this company. Also he will be happy to know that you are ok in stretched work hours and working on weekends.
Interview ends in 3 rounds -: 1) Technical 2) Technical 3) Managerial And the last which just formal introduction of you and your work. 4) Director round Here you must known linux commands and everything and testing basic methodology.

Interview was okay.Not that hard.Basic question based on java language and some coding questions.
There were two phase both technical.Second one was more rigorous in terms of focus on testing technical skills of individual and was conducted by TL.Prepare you java language well specially Collection,Threading,String and some basic data structure and sorting methodologies.
