Applied online via mail with resume and cover letter. Got a call and email with assignment with 2 day deadline. Waited a week. Got another call from the founder talking about why you want to work with us and asking me if I'm willing to stay in the company for at least 5 years. Got an offer later next day.

Entrevista
Resume shortlisting. After the co-founders approve of your resume, You'll be contacted for a Telephonic interview. Post which you'll be called up for a Coding round where they give you 3 tasks and ask you to solve until 5pm at their office , it's open book type so, you can google. In the middle of Coding round, you'll be called for an interview with the co-founders. They ask you very basic non-technical questions .

Q:Write down the equations of motion assuming gravity loss, drag, and engine thrust based accelerations on a single stage rocket from vertical launch to burnout. Assume a thrust of 100kN produced by the engine, thrust to weight ratio of 1.4
Initiate a gravity turn at approximately 100 meters altitude and capture the dynamics of the rocket including the impact of the gravity turn.
Plot the trajectory, dynamic pressure and other key variables.
