The interview felt unfair and biased; they seemed to hire based on their mood rather than evaluating actual skills. It wasn’t a good experience and lacked proper professionalism or merit-based selection.

My interview experience at Agility was professional, efficient, and transparent. From the initial outreach to the final round, the process was well-structured and offered insight into the company’s culture and technical expectations.

Interview process was good , I was given interview here as a fresher, conducted three rounds out of that, 1st round is aptitude test, 2nd round included techincal questions, 3rd round too included some of the technical questions along with that some personal behavioural questions
