The interview was quite easy as they are not specifically a software or IT company. They asked why i want to join and some questions regarding how to face if some issue arises.
The process begins with receiving a request, incident, or alert. Next, I analyze and validate the information, take appropriate actions, escalate if required, document all findings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and close the case after successful resolution
