It was a casual conversation about prior experience. The director of Member Services conducted the interview. It lasted less than 15 minutes. After the interview, he gave me a qucik tour around the building and showed me the different departments.

Initial interview over the phone. Next came to the office to interview with 2 managers and HR. They asked me questions about my experience. Other questions involved specific scenarios when dealing with customers.
