The first interview is a group interview. They basically tell you all about the company and what they stand for. The second interview is one on one where you ask them questions about the company or what you think you need to know. They don’t completely tell you about the pay so if you have bills to pay with this being your full time job, don’t accept.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
