Initial telephone interview, then scheduled an in person interview with immediate supervisor and the person currently in the position I was applying. Very friendly and relaxed made me feel at ease. The telephone interview was asking basic questions about reliable transportation, allergies or phobias with dogs or cats (they are a pet friendly office), minimum salary requirements. Based on my answers I was then scheduled to come in the same day for a face to face interview. Once I completed the face to face interview and was driving home I received a phone call offering me the position and if I could start the next day.
