You will be interviewed 3 times. The HR, the trainee, then the Hiring Manager. Forget about the usual "what are your strengths/weaknesses?" or "why should we hire you?" questions. They'll mostly focus on your background, skillset, and ask you situational questions which I think is good for them to evaluate on how you will adapt with their company's work culture.

Initial Application & Screening: Application Submission: Candidates apply online through Glassdoor's careers page or via job boards. Recruiter Screening: A recruiter reviews applications to assess qualifications and experience. Selected candidates are contacted for an initial phone screen. Phone Interview: Recruiter Phone Screen: This is a 30-45 minute conversation with a recruiter to discuss the candidate’s background, experience, and interest in the role. Basic questions about the company and role may be covered, along with a discussion of the candidate's salary expectations and availability. Technical Phone Screen (if applicable): For technical roles, there might be an additional phone interview with a technical recruiter or engineer, focusing on specific skills and problem-solving abilities. Technical Assessment (if applicable): Coding Test/Challenge: Candidates for technical roles may be given a coding challenge or technical assessment to complete. This could be a take-home assignment or a live coding session. Onsite Interview (or Virtual Onsite): Panel Interviews: Candidates typically go through a series of interviews with team members, which may include potential managers, peers, and cross-functional team members. Each interview usually lasts 30-60 minutes and covers various aspects like technical skills, problem-solving abilities, culture fit, and behavioral competencies. Technical Interviews (if applicable): For engineering and technical roles, expect in-depth technical interviews that may include whiteboard coding, system design, and technical problem-solving questions. Behavioral Interviews: These interviews focus on assessing the candidate’s fit with the company culture and their soft skills. Questions may involve situational judgment, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Final Interview: Leadership Interview: For some roles, there may be a final interview with a senior leader or executive, focusing on high-level fit, vision alignment, and strategic thinking. Offer & Negotiation: Offer Letter: If successful, candidates receive an offer letter outlining the role, compensation, and benefits. Negotiation: Candidates may engage in negotiations around salary, benefits, and other terms before finalizing the offer. Background Check & References: Background Check: A standard background check is usually conducted after the offer is accepted. Reference Checks: References from previous employers or colleagues may be requested. Onboarding: Once all formalities are complete, the candidate goes through the onboarding process to integrate into the team and start their new role.
