I had a total 4 rounds including HR. Took 2 weeks to complete the interview process. 1st Round - Online Test. 2 Technical rounds. Final round is HR. Applied through Linkedin.

Their entire process is a joke. Don't even bother yourself going there for the interview. 1. They will tell you you've been shortlisted for the interview but actually it's a recruitment drive where all the consultancy send their candidates (~150-200). 2. They will tell you entire process will be done by 2 P.M but in reality they will make you wait till 4 ( starting from 12 ) just for the result of 1st round i.e. written. 3. Finally only 3 of us made it to the final round, where a Steve Jobs wanna be over smart dude will try to complicate simple questions (in his bihari-english accent) because they a mediocre startup. And yes, interviewers did play "Good-Cop-Bad- Cop". Why? 4. Even after answering every single question they will reject you without giving any feedback. Don't expect much from the HR. ---- Now it gets Interesting ---- As I was looking for the job, I kept getting calls from consultancies (6-8) from all across India who were hiring for the same position, for next 2-3 months. After a month or so, I got a call from the HR (Affine Analytics) saying that my score and interview ( for which they rejected me earlier without any feedback) was good and they want to interview me again for their client "Myntra". Interviewing panel is so busy that even after rescheduling interview twice ( after I waited for their call for almost an hour both the times) they won't appear on time. Finally again going through the entire interview process for a week, they confirm me for an conditional offer letter which I never received and they never bother to update me on my status or for anything else. Complete JOKE and total waste of time. Stay away from organisation like these.
