Beyond strange! Started off as a standard interview and then the interviewers began to describe the team and the role, emphasizing what a terrible atmosphere and culture there was in the place. Midway through the interview I had made my mind up that this company was definitely not for me. All of the questions were negative in approach - we have several team members who do not get on with each other - how do you deal with conflict? We have a lack of motivation in the team - how do you motivate? We have a high turnover - how do you combat this? We have a number of big personalities - how do you keep people in check? One of the interviewers was slouched in the chair for the entire hour and was visibly disengaged.
