      Entrevista

      The hiring process was poorly managed from start to finish. After applying, the HR requested a design assignment consisting of only one line briefs but did not provide brand guidelines, logos, or assets. When clarification was requested, the response was simply to refer to the website and you have creative freedom. This created confusion and set unclear expectations. Following submission, the next round interview was scheduled on very short notice. Despite being unwell with a fever, I agreed to attend the interview. The interviewer had not reviewed the assignment or my profile beforehand, leading to repetitive questions and requiring me to present the work. Criticism was given about branding inconsistencies, despite the fact that official guidelines and logos were never provided. The interaction also raised concerns about the company’s attitude toward career gaps. A maternity break, which is a valid and common reason for a gap, was viewed negatively and mentioned as an issue. It gave the impression that the organization may not support a healthy and inclusive work environment. Additionally, the interviewer joined on mobile with poor network connection, making communication unclear and the overall experience frustrating. The process ended without proper closure, leaving a very negative impression of the company’s hiring practices. The process felt like a waste of time, as assignments require significant effort and I had already done my best despite being given only one-line briefs, which was quite frustrating. After putting in so much work, raising concerns about a maternity break which had already been disclosed at the very beginning seems highly unfair. If that was considered an issue, the assignment should not have been requested in the first place.
