A couple weeks after submitting an application, I received an email asking me to send a copy of my transcript and take an online behavioral assessment. A couple weeks after that, I was asked for a phone interview. They asked about key concepts and had me explain one of my projects, and the interview lasted about an hour. A week or two after the phone interview, they asked for an in-person interview that they said would take about 4 hours. In the interview, they gave me a laptop and left the room for 15 minutes while I completed a short program. Once they came back, they had me take a timed IQ-like assessment. Then, one-by-one, I interviewed with three different Software Engineers from a couple different teams. The interview was mostly technical with a few behavioral questions here and there. After talking to the third person, I was given a tour of the building and asked to join a few of the people I interviewed with and the IT manager for lunch at a small local restaurant. I assume this was a behavioral assessment to see how I would fit in. A couple days after the in-person interview, I was asked for a follow-up phone interview to answer a few questions the manager never got to ask. It was the usual "Have you ever disagreed with your boss? How did you handle it? type questions and a few questions about my transcript. After that, they asked for some people they could contact at my current job to verify what I did there and see how they assessed my work.

Video Interview with basic verbally answered technical questions. Nothing too crazy or anything. Stuff like OOP concepts and such. Interview is with two people from the tech team. Rather scripted interview but it was alright.
