Single interview in a confined, cramped office. Position was specifically tailored for myself as most employees are hired through nepotism. Sending a resume through HR is equivalent to sending it to the trash can, don't waste your time. Questions were along the lines of "describe your experience with this thing on your resume". Interview actually occurred in 2007 but I can't choose that as my option.
