Very casual, basic questions, was given details about the job and company. I interviewed with 2 people - the person who would be my direct manager and then the VP. Both were relaxed and kept the interview low-key. Both were down to earth and easy to talk to. I have sales and recruiting experience, but not in healthcare - so we talked about how they are different.
