Spread across multiple weeks and stages. Screening call, team, team leads (case study), head of.. All took place on zoom. Wanted to get in for a face to face, no option provided. Process should have been quicker, took months to get through multiple stages with no feedback provided despite hours on case study and prep. Head of dept interview, the interviewer arrived 15 minutes late.

30 min phone screen with the recruiter. Was told I would be progressed to the next stage and would hear back in a few days, heard back over a week later via an automated rejection email.

The interview consisted of 6 stages, including a case study/role-play interview, a leadership interview, and an interview with someone from the regional leadership team. Calum was great during the process and kept me well-informed throughout my recruitment. The interview process is tough and long, but it's a great opportunity to get to know the people you will be working with.
