      Entrevista

      Overall, the interview process had its ups and downs. The first interview with the Amsterdam-based HR team member served as a basic screening to determine suitability for the role and organization. After a few days of silence, I followed up with a gentle reminder to the HR team member, inquiring about the next steps. After some delay, I was asked to meet with a team member for a deeper discussion. Unfortunately, the available times were quite inconvenient, but I managed to find a suitable time through persistence. This second interview went well, delving into my employment history and its relevance to the position. I was impressed with the interviewer and promptly sent a thank-you email. Subsequently, I was informed that I would be meeting with my potential director and a team member for a case study presentation. The assignment had three parts and took me around 12 hours to complete, resulting in a comprehensive 30-slide deck. However, during the presentation, I had to rush through it as they indicated they only wanted a 20-minute discussion. Despite receiving positive feedback and feeling optimistic, there was a delay in the HR team member's response due to their leave. Unfortunately, today, I received an unprofessional and condescending email rejecting my application. The email lacked specific reasons for the decision, which was disappointing considering the effort I invested in the process. In conclusion, while the experience had some positive aspects, I am hesitant to recommend this organization as they do not appear to uphold the values they preach.
