I applied to the Indonesia branch through LinkedIn and one of the recruiter contact me via WhatsApp. He asked me to have a phone call but it was not an interview. Then he told me about the company and the job desk role. He invited me for a second interview in the office, but when I get there it wasn't an interview, I immediately got accepted and could start right away. The job desk was different than what he told me through the phone call so I rejected the offer.

Standard interview questions that could be answered easily with some research done. Questions like describe yourself , strength weaknesses. Overall a pretty chill interview , interviewer was nice and friendly as well. Overall one of the better interviews I’ve been through.

Interview process included 2 virtual zoom interviews and 1 face to face interview. 2nd interview was conducted by the HR. Final interview was conducted by the director. I found this opportunity through linkedin. The job opportunity was unpaid because of my student pass status. This opportunity was given for learning progress only.
