I was referred to Ukiah by a friend because I was told they were desperate. I had 3 interviews, one in person, one by phone and one more in person with about 4 people. The communication was very lacking. I would get a last minute request for an interview, then the day of they would cancel “due to meetings. This happened twice. Very disrespectful of my time. Finally after my friend telling me how great things were going and 6 weeks post final interview, the manager sheepishly called my to tell me they didn’t have any positions to offer me. They couldn’t even say something like, “It’s not a good fit.” I felt completely lied to. Like I was being strung along. I have no interest in an organization that cannot be honest with me.
