The first round was basic introduction. Second they will ask technical questions from manual,SQL and automation and java. They are concerned about programming and framework knowledge EVEN IF YOU ARE A FRESHER. they give a system task which can vary with person to person and time. No defined procedure. No defined process of hiring. You'll be kept on hold till they find a suitable candidate. Programming is key. After clearing the system task given on spot ....maybe then you're in.
