Phone interview with HR and then the Technical Director. A one-day on-site interview will be given afterward, which is very intensive, including seven 1-1 interviews with the leader group from CEO and Tech Director to Sales Manager. Questions are challenging with tech interviewers and, on the other hand, easy to handle with non-tech interviewers. When you come back from the on-site, a skill test is required.
Received information about the company and available jobs from campus recruiting
They make you take an online test that tests basic thermodynamic and fluid mechanic principles (with heavy emphasis on fluid mechanics) and basic chemistry type mixing questions. Also included are general circuit questions and questions that test your "aptitude".
After that lengthy test if you did well within the week they will schedule an HR phone interview. Pretty standard they are looking for highly motivated people who can work independently. Then you have another technical interview depending on the job you are applying for.
If you get that far you are then invited to an on-site interview. They'll ask you about your background and any projects that you have done. You'll have another HR interview then you'll have mechanical "assessments" that test your "aptitude". The use of quotes is intentional because they're really silly.
Depending on what job you applied for, you'll then have another interview where you'll be asked a question. I had an interview where I was asked a trick question about a youtube video.
