Very unorganized, slow process. No regard for creating a good experience for the candidate. Had to complete an outdated personality assessment before even speaking with anyone (what decade are we in??). Ghosted by their HR team (not recruiting). Run far from this place.

Entrevista
Applied for a Java Engineer role. First step was a call with HR, who hadn’t read my CV properly (he didn’t realize I’d already worked at the company before). Then came the EPP/CCAT tests and a technical interview. Technically I was a good fit, but the process felt a bit off — interviewers mostly read from a script, no interest in answers, follow ups or clarifications. Got a positive feedback from the team.
Next interview with management was cancelled the next day and never rescheduled. I tried to follow up twice. In the end several weeks after I got a rejection - they worried my interest in new tech didn’t match the legacy stack.
Overall the process felt slow and disorganized.
